The deluxe Forsellbyowner MLS listing package enables you to list your home on your local Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
After you sign up for the plan, you will be contacted within 2 business days and directed to sign up for your MLS listing through our broker affiliate in your area.
After you’ve completed the necessary paperwork and the broker has it in hand, your listing will appear on the MLS within 24 hours.
Your property will then be uploaded to Realtor.com within 72 hours.
You can submit one picture for both the MLS and Realtor.com listing. The listing will remain on the MLS and Realtor.com for a period of 6 months. Any extension of that time will have to be negotiated with the MLS broker, which could result in an extra charge.
Any changes to your listing , once it is on the MLS and Realtor.com, will have to be handled through the MLS broker, due to variances in the rules of MLS boards around the country, that Forsellbyowner has no control over.
